You’re Not Crazy You’re Waking Up
You’re not crazy you’re waking up.
That overwhelming heaviness? That “something’s wrong” in your gut?
The sudden urge to burn down your entire belief system and start over?
That’s not madness. That’s clarity ripping the blindfold off your spirit.
And no one warned us how brutal it would feel.
You’re Not Crazy You’re Waking Up and What It Actually Feels Like
It’s not peaceful. It’s not love-and-light.
It’s ugly. Isolating. Rattling.
Waking up feels like:
- Losing interest in things that once defined you
- Seeing lies in people you used to trust
- Getting physically sick around certain energies
- Wanting silence more than company
- Feeling like the entire world is fake — because, well… it kinda is
The Pain of Realization
The first stage of awakening isn’t enlightenment. It’s grief.
Grief for all the years you were lied to.
Grief for the version of you that played along.
Grief for the time, trust, and energy given to systems that wanted you asleep.
It’s heartbreak and rage wrapped in divine remembering.
And you’re not crazy you’re waking up.
How to Move Through It Without Losing Yourself
Here’s what helped me when the spiral hit:
- Journaling every strange, dark, and sacred moment
- Disconnecting from “normal” people to find truth-centered spaces
- Saying out loud: “I don’t know what’s happening, but I know I’m not insane.”
- Asking for clarity and then trusting the answer — even if it burned
Awakening doesn’t make life easier.
It makes truth unavoidable.
The World Wants You Confused — On Purpose
You were taught that spiritual awareness = psychosis.
That intuition = paranoia.
That seeing through illusion = conspiracy.
Because the world is built to gaslight awakened beings.
The more you remember who you are, the louder the world screams, “You’re crazy.”
So I’m here to say again:
You’re not crazy you’re waking up.
If you’re breaking down, losing friends, questioning everything, or crying for no clear reason — good.
That means the programming is breaking.
The veil is thinning.
And your soul is showing back up.
Let it burn.
Let it fall apart.
Because this isn’t madness — this is resurrection.
