Preparing for Kundalini Awakening — What My Body Is Telling Me
Right now I’m in the middle of preparing for kundalini awakening, and I can already feel my body signaling it’s coming.
The fire hasn’t fully hit yet — but it’s circling.
There’s pressure. Tension. Heat. Stillness.
And under it all? A knowing.
So I’m not waiting for collapse. I’m listening now.
The Early Signs My Body Is Giving Me
Here’s what’s been showing up lately:
- Intense pressure at the base of my spine and low back
- Random heat waves that have nothing to do with the weather
- A buzzing at my crown like something is trying to open
- Waves of anxiety for no logical reason
- Deep fatigue, followed by sudden clarity
- The sense that something ancient is waking up in my cells
This isn’t emotional. This is energetic.
My body is the antenna — and the signal is getting louder.
How I’m Preparing for Kundalini Awakening
I’m not here to trigger it. I’m here to honor it.
Here’s how I’m preparing — physically, energetically, and spiritually:
- Grounding daily — bare feet on dirt, no screens, real silence
- Coconut water, trace minerals, detox teas — keeping my energy clean
- Breathwork — slowly, intentionally — especially before bed
- Clearing my space — clutter out, stillness in
- Journaling dreams, feelings, and flashes — even if they don’t make sense
- Calling in protection — setting spiritual boundaries
Because this isn’t about chasing activation.
It’s about creating a safe container for it to arrive when it’s ready.
What I’ve Learned From Other Awakened Souls
Everyone I’ve spoken to says the same thing:
Kundalini doesn’t ask. It arrives.
And if your body is holding trauma, suppression, or blocked expression — it’ll hit hard and force it out fast.
So if you feel it coming?
Start clearing now.
Because the more prepared your system is…
The more grace you’ll feel in the fire.
FINAL NOTE:
Preparing for kundalini awakening isn’t about doing — it’s about un-doing.
It’s about trusting your body when it whispers,
before it has to scream.
So if you’re feeling the buildup like I am —
Let the body lead.
Let the nervous system soften.
And let the soul say, I’m ready.
